      Pros

      -philanthropy-driven -fun workplace for new grads -leaders will take time to teach and grow you as a professional - good first job out of college -each team is like a family - you will likely meet some great friends there! -continued training

      Cons

      -major lack of diversity -low base salary compared to very similar opportunities -internally political - promotions typically only happen from within which leads to a lack of thought leadership from the highest level down to the newest hires -very behind the times when it comes to very simple things that would make employees much happier

      Great Short-Term Company

      Pros

      Medix is a great company at its core, and they really do believe in their core values. They're super into philanthropy and not just for show. They have a fun office environment, and it's never boring.

      Cons

      Medix has a very high turnover rate and it's for a reason. This job will chew you up and spit you out. LONG hours for the recruiters and if they suspect you're not a total team player you're out. You'll find someone is quitting or being fired almost every week. Pay is not great.
