      Excellent people, culture, and hardworking environment in a difficult industry. You set the ceiling for your own success. Great first job out of college. Teaches you how to work hard, create opportunities where there are none, and go above and beyond. Learn great customer/client relation skills. You will leave this job as a networking expert.

      Cons

      Unpredictability of industry, low base salary, unpredictability factor of people being your product.

      Pros

      Great Staffing Company, very attentive provided helpful interview tips to help land the contract assignment. Recruiter wanted an update after the interview to ask how it went. That was a great personal touch. They offer benefits after a grace period.

      Cons

      Contract Assignment, they did not provide a contract end date. No warning when my contracted ended. So therefore I did not end up getting hired on to the company I was contracted with.
