For example, we recently rolled out a new Talent PTO policy, and we are reviewing more changes to benefits for 2016. We shared your review with our leadership, so this continues to be top of mind.

Thank you for your feedback. More than two years ago, Medix implemented our internal surveying program to gage employee happiness and hear ideas for improving our culture. As a company, we have achieved a happiness score that is well above the average of most companies, and we are continuing to trend upward. We shared your review with our leadership and professional development team to address your concern about training.

Pros

The company really cares about their employees and does an excellent job with their training program for their new recruiters. They also do a lot of fun "team building" activities.

Cons

The work hours are way too long for the low salary they give their recruiters. The commission is also very low for recruiters. Once promoted to sales the commission incentives definitely increase though.

Thank you for your feedback. We definitely take pride in the culture we have built here, and we’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed it. As for our compensation and hours, we’re competitive with other staffing companies, and our hours of operation are set to meet the needs of the fast-paced and demanding industry. We shared your feedback with leaders, so we continually improve as an employer.
