Fun work environment, quick and adaptive learning work atmosphere, quick and immediate feedback on the calls you make day-today, decent salary for new grads
Cons
The hours are horrible, 10 hour days most of the week, except for a couple days when you get to leave early and work out, management makes you feel obligated to be there and hit your numbers, even when you are sick and need time off to recoup, commission structure is really low when compared to other staffing companies, good job for a foot in the door into the recruiting industry,
