      Pros

      This is an excellent organization for someone who is looking for uncapped opportunity and commission. They have greatly improved their training program for new recruiters, and the path for a promotion is 12 months or less for the right individual. The culture is you and exciting filled with individuals who want to win and expect success.

      Cons

      Some days can be very hectic with tasks and goals changing with the drop of a hat. Working in staffing is always challenging because you have the human element.

      Pros

      Generally surrounded with good people, gym membership paid for, opportunity to gain equity within company, get to go to Chicago (upon gaining promotion to AE).

      Cons

      Hours are absurd relative to pay, pay is terrible, commission structure is horrible, misleading management/under qualified management, poor training, very immature company lead by half truths.

      Pros

      This is a very high energy company with many talented employees! As there are many challenges in the staffing industry the focus is on customer service for the Medix clients as well as the contractors they employee. The Corporate staff team always seems to try to come up with ways to provide employees and customers the best possible service. Medix also offers several incentives to it's employees from quarterly contests to the opportunity to work out twice a week during work hours and Medix pays the gym fee!

      Cons

      Staffing is a very competitive business so some times long hours are required to accomplish the things you need to do.
