      - very young office - lots of room for growth into a sales role - motivating place to work - you will learn a ton from management, great training program

      Cons

      - long hours - recruiting on some lower level positions - pay starts out fairly low

      -Tough industry: requires employees to do nothing but OUTWORK the competition to get ahead -It is hard for recent college graduates to stomach working harder and making less money than their friends in the short term in order to set themselves up for long-term financial success

      -Willing to take a chance on young employees. Put you in seats to grow as professionals. -Great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales. Will take you with little experience. All you need is the drive to be in sales. -Awesome people to work with. To work with ambitious, young people all committed to their professional goals is enjoyable and motivating.

      Cons

      -Yes, it can be long hours but so far I've seen that you get out of it what you put in. -A little technologically behind; need to invest more in this. -Training.
