      Pros

      Medix is all about having a great environment to work in so they work extra hard at finding the right pieces to add to the office. the people i work with really make me excited to come in to work.

      Cons

      the commission is pretty terrible. yes there is room to earn more but the amount of work and effort you put in doesn't really show on your pay check. it is also a tiered commission structure and i wish i would've known this going into it from day one.

      Pros

      I have been working for Medix for almost a year and this company has truly helped me grow professionally. Medix does a great job at investing their time into their employees. I have always lived by the motto..."whatever you put in, is what you will get out" and Medix is able to give you all the necessary tools to succeed. Of course, like any position, you need to work to get better and see results. My current position and this company have provided me with a chance to be successful.

      Cons

      Definitely the hours! You need to work hard to see results with a job like this. However, the payout is awesome! Hard work and dedication are two characteristics you must possess in order to last in an industry like this.

      Pros

      I have had some great experiences at Medix, the number one being the people who I work with on a daily basis. Medix is a very young organization with a lot of recent or new grads and it promotes a work hard, play hard atmosphere and culture. In my office the leadership has been incredible as well, knowing that you have a supportive boss who understands balance has been a huge contributing factor for my happiness in the position.

      Cons

      It is LONG hours and they are expected if you expect to be successful. The commission and pay structure is below average for the industry, which for me is negated by the culture and atmosphere but is still a very big negative when you begin to compare to others in similar positions with different organizations.
