Pros

Medix was my first "career oriented" job right out of college, and I can honestly say I can't see myself working anywhere else. The company culture is like no other with a very competitive, but team oriented environment. I can also gladly say I have built some of my closest personal relationships with other people in the office and within the company. There are more people that I respect that work for this company then I have come across anywhere else in my life. I knew nothing about the Staffing Industry before working here, but we do a very good job of training to get everyone up to speed in their first few months. We all learn something new each day which also keeps it interesting and away from getting boring. All it takes is some hard work, dedication, and commitment and you will see success. Our system sets you up to succeed, but it’s up to the individual to stick to it. Lastly, and most importantly, being able to impact society and the economy the way we do is very rewarding. Making that phone call to tell someone they just landed the job of a lifetime is one of the most rewarding experiences anyone can have.

Cons

There is always uncertainty in the staffing industry which can be challenging. Living in the "grey area" is not an easy thing to do, but once you get over the fact that that's just part of the industry, it makes it a little bit easier. At the end of the day staffing isn't for everyone!

Pros

I'm a recent graduate and relatively new employee, and I've loved my experience so far! Medix is exactly what I was looking for in a company. There is: - Opportunity for advancement - Energetic atmosphere - Great coworkers - Visible leadership - MedixFit gym membership perk

Cons

Sometimes it is a little hectic, but there is always someone willing to help you out if you feel overwhelmed.

Pros

A lot of companies will preach that they have opportunity...but then you never see any results. Medix lives and breathes opportunity....their motto is "creating opportunity" and the proof is in their numbers. Just being ranked number 11 of the fastest growing companies in Chicago, Medix has a lot of opportunity to offer young professionals. With a growing company, you have the chance to make an impact rather than just be another employee in a cubicle. The career growth is unlimited here and since they are seeing such success, you have the opportunity to advance quickly. If you're looking for a challenging opportunity where you can continously improve and better yourself as a professional then Medix is the place.

Cons

Does Medix have the most effective technologies to date...no; but that comes with every growing organziation. Their corporate team is continously reaserching new and better outlets to better support our producers. With a growing company comes obstacles and hard work....a lot of hard work; but it's all worth it. To be able to find people jobs in a struggling economy, to push and develop yourself as an indivdual and a professional and to see a company see prosperous growth is the biggest reward. Sometimes a good challenge can be the most satisfying thing in your life!
