      Pros

      Team and work culture are welcoming at first, made friends quickly. Remote flexible.

      Cons

      No job stability, terminated with no warning or indication that I wasn’t meeting standards or goals. I was congratulated for my work and had starts going in the door previously and then was completely blindsided. I wouldn’t want to wish that on anyone.

      Pros

      - Amazing culture + people + work environment! - Fun events and a work-hard/play-hard mentality. - The senior leadership inspires you to be the best possible recruiter, and they all invest a lot of time into your personal growth and development. - There were a variety of positions to work on during my time there. - Fun to be part of a client-facing role, and this role taught me so many lessons that I will be sure to carry into my future role.

      Cons

      - The job itself can be grueling, but that is just the nature of this job. - The commission structure can make it very difficult to make lots of commission in a short amount of time. - This job is a lot of work, and it could definitely be difficult to maintain a work/life balance at times.

      Pros

      Remote work at times, company supplied technology. The teams and most of the account managers are really nice.

      Cons

      Favoritism is blatant - if you dont fit their exact mold, you'll be fired. Ive witnessed this tenfold recently. They preach a family environment, but they're just pulling the wool over your eyes, because it's the exact opposite... they do NOT care about you.
