      Everyone is very friendly, remote work is great, good exposure for new grads to experience a professional environment

      Cons

      Pay, over worked, false sense of career progression. It appears if you really want to move up in the company you will have to relocate

      Pros

      Coworkers are fun and happy hours are nice

      Cons

      You will worry about your metrics 24/7. Everyone is burnt out. Fake family environment where corporate expects everyone to drink the kool aid. Don't get tricked into taking this position, you will be a glorified telemarketer bothering people with phone calls. In order to find the few people open to being contacted, you will have to log in at 6 AM to get the few good leads before they are taken. After you have gotten your talent placed, you will be seeing a 1% commission on the profits. The salary ranges on here are only accurate for about the top 5% of recruiters who have had a long time to build a strong book of business. Everyone I know who have moved on to other companies have not looked back. Run before you get stuck.
