Pros

-Made a bunch of friends -Work hard, okay hard

Cons

-Terrible commission structure -Leadership is way too young and inexperienced, my experience was that these people were effective sales professionals and really ineffective managers -Very draining, long hours, and hard work for little benefit -Culture is very cliquey, if you’re in you’re in, if not they will find a way to get you out -Gives a very false sense of what the working world is like. It’s a bunch of new grads navigating corporate America with no actual support system -Zero job stability

Pros

Everyone is very nice and supportive! This company does seem to have more of a personal touch than other staffing agencies. You get out what you put in.

Cons

It can be a hard job with lots of rejection, long hours and it takes time to build your pipeline, but that's recruiting in general. It is a performance and metrics based role, so be prepared.
