      Just don't do it

      Pros

      Your co-workers will become good friends, everyone is pretty young, and you get exposed to a very fast-paced environment which can help in future roles. Remote work is nice, but a RTO policy has since been implemented.

      Cons

      Very little work life balance, if you do not hit a goal (such has one metric out of the 7) you will be reprimanded, lots and lots of cold calling, talent turnover is high, company turnover is high. It seems like a good place to work right out of college for a lot of these kids, do not do it. It is not worth it and will leave you feeling stressed and anxious. The pay is way below market average and the commission structure does not really make any sort of impact until you get pretty high up in spread.

      Micro Managed and unnecessarily cut-throat

      unnecessarily cut-throat and competitive you will feel micromanaged when you first start company and ceo obsession - feels almost cult-like
