      Absolutely the worst work experience of my life.

      Pros

      Competitve pay and nice cubicles.

      Cons

      The worst team environment I ever experienced coupled with the absolute worst senior managment team. There are a number of senior managers in the Corp. office that provide no leadership at all. It was quite breathtaking how bad and poisonous the environment was. Be advised that it has a "sweatshop" feel to it.

      Pros

      Time off and accruing sick leave are available. A small bonus is offered. Almost impossible to get fired, watch some of the most worthless employees I've ever seen keep their job through all kinds of scenarios.

      Cons

      This job does not promote on ability at all. This entire company is based on who you know. Upper management has been there forever and its obvious they look after the employees they like. They watch your facebook to make sure you have no negative work comments, that is how uptight this company is.

      Don't work in the corporate office -- the SPT division was okay, though.

      Pros

      The company is making a lot of money, and you can earn some significant bonuses. Benefits are good; they actually have a progressive scale for the employee's share, so if you earn more, you pay more towards insurance. Tuition benefits are good, too.

      Cons

      Totally inflexible when it comes to work hours. Everything is micro-managed, and nobody trusts their employees at all. The family running the show knows everyone in the building, and has no problem yelling at anyone. They tend to prey on young college grads, who are excited to have a ton of responsibility right off the bat, and only realize later that they are overworked and underpaid, and a fancy title doesn't make it a good place to work. Senior management consists of one woman, one Asian guy, and 58 white men.
