      Pros

      The company is middle of the road on everything. They have a great balance sheet and cash reserves but that's about it.

      Cons

      Communication is non-existant in the company and when you do get a answer call back and you will get a ddifferent one. Top management is very talented everyone else is poor to middle. Growth op's are limited by the lean nature of the company and change is trumpted unless your actually trying to change something. Work life balance....all work no balance.

      Pros

      Great bonuses, you work and earn every penny of what you get.

      Cons

      VP's of Operations are very poor, judgemental and run poorly manged distribution centers Self centered inexperienced Directors treat associates poorly. It is time for asocites to join unions acorss America and stop the low pay, poor benefits and teerible employye treatment once and for all.

      Pros

      The hard working and innovative are compensated well. Medline may fire you if you underperform, but I don't recall any layoffs. Most of the leadership team is highly talented and will challenge you to be better. Entrepreneurs can thrive in this environment.

      Cons

      Diversity is not important in the corporate offices.
