Pros

Free Lunch, that is about all...and they have food trucks once a week. The building is colorful.

Cons

Management Training- Or lack there of Everything about this place. It's kind of like starting Highschool all over again. Simply avoid this place. They let people go for no reason, no warning, no nothing. A lot of times before their yearly bonus is due or before training is complete.

Pros

Flexible hours, free lunch, well rewarded over time (yearly bonuses and merit raises, stock options for higher level employees), free fitness classes and gym. Very little micromanaging, most managers empathetic, good vacation time and sick time.

Cons

Upper management seems disorganized, very little training for managers on how to manage people, inconsistent policies, no ability to work from home for most positions, benefits are slightly expensive.

Medpace is a fast growing organization with a strong positioning in the little-mid size pharma-biotech. Company does not pretend to manage trials in all the therapeutic areas but only where she has a extensive expertise through her strong scientific medical-regulatory leaders recognized worldwide. Medpace assumes leadership in all the program assigned, accompanying the clients until the timely delivery of the service. Also the decision process is quick ed well coordinated.good company to work and gain an important experience in this moment of continue growth!

Cons

Everything centralized in the Us headquarter. Also APAC area is very limited developed.
