      Medpace is a good place to learn about pharmaceutical research.

      Pros

      Great salary and benefits package. It is a good place to learn about phamaceutical research. It is a good place to develop lab skills. Not having to work on holidays is great for lab workers.

      Cons

      I work in the lab and the hours can be long. You have to stay until all the work is done. The micromanagement is stressful, you are questioned about your work and why you do it the way you do. Manager is condescending and talks "down" to employees.

      Pros

      Great benefit package Nice bonuses Good place for someone thats a recent grad with no family to gain work experience.

      Cons

      Expected to work long Hours ( sometimes 13 hour days), with no overtime pay. Stressful, with little respect recieved from mangement. Only paid once a month. No concern for employee work life balance.

      Good place for someone who wants to learn clinical trials.

      Cons

      Management does not recognize or value talent. Management treats you in a manner where you should be seen and not heard. Too many silos in the organization.
