Learned how to deal with difficult leadership and manage stressful situations.

Cons

The senior leadership was soul sucking, they stifled all vision and creativity. The company did not understand how to be a successful tech leader. No product vision, driven by vaporware sales and numbers. Has no appreciation for the teams that work hard to keep the company afloat.

The team I worked with was supportive and there was independence without someone watching over your back

Cons

Poor pay, no raises, constant lay-offs, poor case management, changing SOPs, no 401k match, unlimited FTO but you are discouraged from using it

There was a lot of independence.

Cons

I believe my boss was working two jobs, because he was very hard to get ahold of. I liked the people, but was left alone for weeks at a time without any support or clear direction.
