Great people, easy to know everyone, fun company meetings, opportunities for growth, interesting market and niche industries. Bike rides on Wednesdays, CEO was a beast!

Cons

Small in the sense that job security did not always seem like it was a sure thing. Sometimes the company was a little too dependent on 3rd party partnerships.
