1 - Micro-management. 2 - Poor Appraisal 3 - Lack of clarity of job responsibilities 4 - Weekend Working is a norm and 12 hours plus working is a regular thing. 5 - Company in losses 6 - After Erp implementation there will huge layoff and its in process. 7 High Debt. Avoid Coming here if you have other options.
