No advances, no raises. If youre looking to eventually move up in the company and be acknowledged for your hard work. This isnt the place. Pay check consistent. But that's all your worth.

Best environment to start with in us health care. Supporting staff, awsome infrastructure, great activities organised, and above all they support you to any level for your development.

Cons

Not any appart from salary standard as startup will be less then industry standard but once you being with organization for altest 2 year you'll get good exposure. Only one can able to work in single domain.
