You have your own office with no door.

Cons

Micromanaging, poor communication, pretends to be kind and respectful, talks about how bad working for India is in passing, passive aggressive, about eighth year old President with grumpy old man mentality, EA’s last 9 months or less due to poor environment and culture. Spoke with previous EA and she confirmed all president’s personality traits, “work ethic”, and horrible marketing department. WORK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No Cons... Every one who reach on higher level they were start their journey in same company on low level..so they know value of everything...

Friendly Human Resources Department in Newark, DE

Cons

Difficult to communicate with offshore team members. This communication barrier creates bottle necking between US and over seas. Always a sacrifice for quality. Quantity is the only solid focus. In the Newark, DE site management will yell at people on the floor to make others feel inferior. This causes unnecessary daily damage control for middle management with employees feeling berated an unappreciated. No room to grow in this organization
