Management is pathetic. Be it hr it or production any of this department don't value people. For them we are slaves doesn't matter if you work for 12 hours or 14 hours they will not be even bother to give you a drop after working that long you have to beg them for basic things like a better which are your rights. They promote people who don't know their work at all and management ask you to learn from them how to work. Seriously at the end they say you were not smart because of which u didn't got that chance seriously that kind of answer are we a school kids
