      Quantity over Quality

      Pros

      Benefits were decent for employee only. Met some nice people along the way.

      Cons

      Quality is prioritzed over quality. Management is horrible. Overtime is offered to only be paid at regular time. Managers are constantly on personal phone calls. When Managers are asked for help their response is not helpful. Alot of unhappy people there. Clients are lied to all the time. When Management messes up they pin it on an employee. New hires are lied to. Exsiting employees are promised a promotion in the future and it never happens. Long time dedicated employees request transfers to other locations and they are denied. The company is mainly outsourced and the goal is to outsource all billing, payment posting and collections 100%.

      Pros

      30 min paid breaks. Great benefits packages if you can get them to let you go full time (they'll keep some employees at 35 ish hours to avoid offering benefits).

      Cons

      The little social interaction employees have is gossip. Management is not a "for the employee" type. Actively tries to find ways to save at the employees expense, such as rounding clock in/ clock out times. Come in early & you don't get paid unless you're more that 20 mins early, leave late and the opposite applies. Technically you can get in trouble for bringing a cell phone in the building, people have gotten fired over using phone in the bathroom or suspiciously taking too many bathroom breaks.
