No pressure, No sales, do your work according your own way but do it properly without mistakes. team members help you if you need so, good cafeteria, celebrations of Executives every week, celebration of festivals, Two weeks off fixed Saturday and Sunday.

Cons

They never tolerate your late comings, exceeded break timings, mistake in your work.
