      The only good thing is they are flexible with the schedule

      Cons

      They treat you like you are working at a factory; everything is about quantity and not quality. Very negative environment. People are misable and unhappy. No communication & support from management. Too much control. If you don't work fast enough, you get email from management questioning your productivity.

      Pros

      The people who work here are very nice and polite. They try to acknowledge an employees hard work and or dedication. They work with you through personal issue that may interfere with your attendance as long as you are up front and provide documents. They match your 401K and provide short-term disability insurance and give you a small life insurance policy paid for by the company.

      Cons

      The pay is not that great. They are moving soon to Grand National Drive near attractions which will be a mission to get to with all the traffic in that area.
