      Actually...I'm quite comfortable with medusind in all ways Environment Staff Work pressure

      There is cafeteria with tea, coffee, biscuits but during nit shift quite uncomfortable without food options.

      Pros

      Great learning experience as my communication skills is better now because of this job.

      Cons

      Favouritism and Nepotism is ruling to an extent that I am not seeing any chance for growth and moreover Salary deduction is so common they will always deduct salary now and then without giving a chance to explain.

      Nobody is boss here, everyone work together in Team. Friendly leader and managers.

      Cons

      Everyone does similar work! No benefits or almost negligible benefits! Yearly increment is also not upto the mark.
