Only good thing is that you get to learn how to manage people with government job mindset.. people who does not have any skills.. people who very unprofessional
Cons
Not recommended at all... culture is very biased towards people who are old in their company who they think are very important asset to them despite not having any other skills than having a knowledge of ther product..this mindset allows such employees to behave unprofessionally on the floor Which including using abusive language to superiors/managers...even HR doesn't take much action against such employees... any outsider in this company would never be accepted when it comes to new idea or initiatives or changes that are brought by them...
