Pros

The company itself has great values, great opportunities to move up, and a lot of unique experiences for employees. Also the employees are like family, we all helped each other out and we also did a lot for the community.

Cons

The store manager and a few other department managers are extremely rude, and only out to help themselves. They definitely pick favorites and disobey the rules that they yell at you for not following

Pros

The biggest pro I found is that you work independently without management looking over your shoulder. Great atmosphere and nice coworkers.

Cons

Working 3rd shift you have to work from midnight to 5am in order to get your 3rd shift premium. They have a tendency to let you off early so you won't get your shift premium.

Pros

Works with class schedule for the most part, co-workers make it worth it (sometimes), good starting job, decent pay if you stay awhile (+2 years or more). Some Team leaders/ management are somewhat understanding and helpful. If you ask for the hours, you are most likely to get them, but they can overwork you. Ability to transfer if you need to move, they have many locations.

Cons

Management is either too strict or doesn't care, have to work for several years to get even close to decent pay, both customers and leadership do not appreciate you and your hard work, you can get written up/terminated for miniscule things and without warning, moving up in the company involves moving up into jobs that do not include much better pay but much more stress, management does not help team members (maybe rarely). You also don't learn anything to prepare you for other postions/jobs, no formal training if there is any training.
