Pros

You're basically left alone for most of the night and you don't interact with many customers. If you don't like dealing with difficult customers, and management this job might be appealing to you.

Cons

Low pay. Very high turn-over-- some nights we wouldn't even have enough guys to finish our live loads so the managers had to actually help out.

Pros

the red shirts you work with, maybe once in a while you get a good blue shirt but they don't stay,

Cons

Bad management, rude to employees, low low pay ,,No training company and blue shirts do not care about YOU If you get a blue shirt that is good, or store director that is good, THE higher ups get rid of them fast, They don't care about you they are soooooooooooo FAKE

Pros

(My) team leader listened to my recommendations, accepted time-off requests, was flexible with scheduling.

Cons

Some coworkers can be catty, and they don't pay too well. No-drink-at-station policy and there is low humidity, so I got thirsty a lot. Depending on location they will use you up to 39 hours a week and deny full-time status.
