Pros

Ok company, good benefits, health insurance is extremely subsidised based on your health. $90 product check is awesome, although the products are way over priced and the quality isn't much better at all. I wouldn't buy any if they weren't free.

Cons

The chef only cares about himself and his favorite employees. Talks crap about the customers (other melaleuca employees) all the time. They talk about him like he's this 5 start chef, but really he's pretty average. He just has a big ego and knows how to talk himself up.

Cons

Poor Communication between departments Difficult to promote I have often felt that middle management cares more about improving numbers, than about the success of its employees.

Great work environment, I love the people, the restaurant is great, great benefits, great leaders, I know that wherever I go from here I will be an asset because of what they have taught me.

Cons

At times there are unrealistic deadlines but we always seem to figure it out. Approvals can take some time to go through.
