Pros

- Great incentives to do well on calls and make extra sales - Great place to work with wonderful people - Lots of room for moving up and getting promoted - Company is very good to employees when it comes to extras such as prizes and awards - Management is very accessible and easy to talk to about issues

Cons

- Crazy hours on month end, I don't know how it's legal to work twelve hours with only a half hour break - Some of their policies are utterly ridiculous like the review process. I have worked there over a year and haven't gotten reviewed because I had to change shifts. That's money that I'm missing out on because you get raises when you get reviews.

Pros

hum, not sure there are any....some great people work there, but not for long.

Cons

Do not relocate to take a job here. Most employees are unhappy, many looking for jobs. 90% of the culture is LDS and you can not fit in or get anywhere unless you are a LDS MAN. Favorites played towards all LDS management...

Pros

-Benefits for full-time employees -$80 worth of products for free every month -Company events where you can win prizes, such as the annual picnic, Christmas party, and many monthly incentives if you work in the call center. -Accolade program for call center employees. You earn points as you take calls and then order whatever you want online. -They pay competitively.

Cons

-It's not about what you know, but who you know. Unfortunately that's how most jobs work. -If you work in the call center, they will get you in trouble for small things that you didn't even know about. You can't do anything fun to distract yourself (like using your phone or browsing the internet) and you must stare at the screen and wait for calls. -Ridiculous hours on the last two days of the month (in the call center). Not uncommon to work a 12 hour shift with only a half hour lunch.
