Pros

Working as a software engineer here used to be more challenging. The management team over IT has really stepped things up and I really enjoy the team. My co-workers are really great to work with and I feel like my skills have grown since joining the team. The projects are challenging and rewarding. There is still more work to do, but it is defiantly getting better. I like the free products and the benefits are really good.

Cons

It used to be a tough department to work in. Since things have turned around, It has become quite nice really.
