Pros

The Melaleuca corporate culture is one of caring and helping one another. You'll often find projects and campaigns at Melaleuca where a diverse cross-section of the company is participating to reach a goal, from food drives, to donation drives, to donating time and energy to a community cause. I've also personally experienced the desire of upper management to find a path to success for team members. Each persons career and career path develops differently and Melaleuca has helped me to meet my goals. During COVID the company has worked hard to keep it's employees safe and working in conditions that provide flexibility where it can. The Products! My family LOVES Melaleuca's Bars and Nut Clusters. I highly recommend them!

Cons

Melaleuca is a moderately sized company growing into itself as a larger company, this means there are some growing pains and changes that it is working through to prepare for increased production capacity and a broader customer base. As much as Melaleuca has done to help its employees cope with the COVID crisis, there is some uncertainty as to the future for work at home options and telework, but that uncertainty is not unique I'd imagine. Relatively few Career Planning and Training resources. Melaleuca Career paths abound, but I'd like to see more industry training opportunities and technical training paths and maybe continuing education opportunities.

Pros

Good people, longevity can pay off with good bonuses, decent products and innovative business strategy keeps things interesting

Cons

Benefits are mediocre at best. Health & dental are okay, vacation time is small, especially for new employees, bonuses and profit sharing are small for new employees. Can be high paced and stressful depending on where you work.
