Free Product every single month

Cons

In the call center you are micro-managed. You don't get any break except for lunch. Your "break time" is a percentage of the total shift you are working that day. An 8 hour day does not equal two fifteen minute breaks. You get more like 19 minutes total and bathroom breaks are counted against those 19 minutes.

Melaleuca’s mission, products and values provide for a rewarding professional experience which help you to feel motivated and energized about the work you do every day. Melaleuca offers a great working environment with exceptional employee benefits. Melaleuca cares about their employees and has done an exceptional job keeping workers safe during the COVID- 19 pandemic.

Cons

The fast paced nature of the company is exciting, but it can require aggressive project schedules and short turn around times in order to take advantage of opportunities in the marketplace.
