Pros

I love my teammates. Concierge service, on-site gym & restaurant are great perks.

Cons

Everything is urgent. Change in leadership is so frequent it's hard to keep up with.

Pros

Melaleuca takes care of its employees. They helped pay for my schooling and were flexible with my schedule, allowing me to work full time while getting my bachelor's degree full time. Great benefits, they pay a LOT to keep our insurance rates low and provide great health care for me and my family.

Cons

To work here, you need to relocate to SE Idaho, a very small town. If you like the big city, this isn't the place for you. Compensation isn't super high, but it's competitive for the area and the cost of living in Idaho is quite low. So you can get by on less while living here.
