I love that the culture is based on the morals and values that I have been taught throughout life and my progress is based upon my work ethic. I am surrounded by professional individuals that set the bar high and challenge me. My managers give me opportunities to show my skills and advance my career to my fullest potential.

Cons

Standards are set high because it’s important to shatter the stereotype of other call centers in the industry.

- Opportunities for experience in your career path are plentiful. - The people are the best benefit. Team members are high-caliber and passionate about what they do. - Benefits package is one of the best you'll find in this area.

Cons

- It's unnecessarily difficult to promote or get a raise. I've known 6 people who left in the last year because management refused to compensate them fairly. - Nearly all projects are urgent or top priority. - Product launches are not given adequate time to prepare for and do right the first time.

Melaleuca's unique mission of enhancing lives gives purpose to the work that we do here. It drives job satisfaction, high performance, and attracts the type of employees that make work an uplifting place to be. I don't dread getting up on Monday morning to go to work. In fact, I look forward to it all weekend and can't stop thinking about what I'm going to accomplish when I get there

Cons

Melaleuca has a fast paced environment. Policies and procedures change rapidly, and management rapid growth and fluid information can be challenging. If you need everything to be black and white and unchanging, this can create a high degree of stress
