I love working for Melaleuca because they treat us like a family we also have great benefits. Like our product check, profit sharing, bonus checks.

Cons

Our yearly reviews. It would be nice to get good raises everything in cost living has gone up but when it comes to raises here it's small amounts a few cents.

The longevity bonus for employee's is unmatched anywhere else. There are always promotions happening and new career opportunities opening.
