      Pros

      Made some good friends working there.

      Cons

      The whole company is a scam. They don't care about their employees. It's impossible to get time off. Very low raises, low chance of getting a promotion. Have to accept verbal abuse on the phones. Not a good place to work.

      Melaleuca provides a wide variety of corporate experience, and does promote from within. Those interested in trying a flavor of various departments will find that opportunity with Melaleuca.

      Cons

      The management systems are outdated, and yet the company has a reputation for wanting to keep with their traditional roots. This can be endearing, but also create unnecessary growing pains that can be costly to employees and customers.
