- The benefits package is great while working and going to college. - Product certificates were always nice.

Cons

- Inexperienced local leadership lead to subpar coaching and performance. Success metrics often felt unplanned and too variable to determine what was working well. - Albeit understandable based on the business model, working multiple 12 hour shifts during month end feels excessive and is demoralizing for many employees. - Pay is subpar working with Melaleuca. - It always felt like employees were walking through a revolving door. Employee churn is so high, leading to others having to pick up the slack. - Antiquated internal programs that continuously crashed.
