We’re getting to do a ton of really fun reimagining of the business and getting to unlock growth that is a thrilling thing to be a part of. Leaders empower the teams, which leads to a place where even when there’s a lot of work to do the stress level is low.

Cons

Still trying to get more folks to come to the office. It’s so beautiful, I wish it was more full!
