They provide a consistent paycheck

Cons

They do not promote from within. They treat employees like slaves. The hours are horrendous. Most of the people are there only because it's a job with health insurance and they don't have time to look or interview for another with the work schedule.

Very short time for lunch. Micro management to the last second. Sometimes it can be very stressful
