Salary is pretty decent. That is it.

Cons

Firm does not care about your bar license at all. Former attorneys have been disbarred. They take cases they shouldn’t take by hiring non-attorney sales people getting paid on commission then dump them on you when the firm shouldn’t have taken the case to begin with. Horrible management.,

Despite being open that I had zero family law experience, I was put into an office my first week and literally never checked in again. I was told by another employee that “they do not train you, they throw you into the water and see if you sink or swim” once I heard that I knew that it wasn’t the place for me.
