Word of advice, always smile and remain quiet. Management doesn’t want to hear constructive feedback.

Cons

Game of Thrones atmosphere…managers, vice presidents always trying to out do each other to reach the next promotion instead of focusing on the job at hand. They say that they treat associates like family, well it is one disfunctional family. It is a toxic atmosphere. No culture to support diversity….look at management and the Board of Directors

Company culture, reliefe programs for those who are struggling while employed, fair chance, work/life balance, pay, benefits, 401k plan is insane.

Cons

The only downside, and reason i resigned, was simply due to the job being in the financial field.
