Easy environment, no one breathing down your back. Overpaid Low expectations Nice equipment Bonus Friendly coworkers for the most part

Cons

HR runs everything No training - where it counts Tons of gossip Some people in IT are under qualified but overpaid "Not a bank" Management seems to be a little confused as to what is going on.

Not bad for an entry level professional who wants to learn about the financial services industry.

This is a fairly stable growing company with a good retirement plan. There is a lot of opportunity for education and self improvement.

Cons

There is not much opportunity beyond an entry level supervisor or manager. Leadership is inconsistent between departments and there are lots of silos.
