Pros

I have never worked for another credit union/bank, so It is a little hard to compare. However, pay is good. Training is excellent. Awesome benefits, most people are professional and nice.

Cons

There are some horrible branch managers, lots of them are completely unprofessional.

Cons

Weak management team that doesn’t want to provide guidance and makes the workers guess at what they want. Bad managers stick around forever it seems.
