      Pros

      Pay is comparable to other hospitals in the area

      Cons

      Management is only concerned about their bonuses and are constantly down-staffing even when it is not always safe to do so. Women’s Services Management is disconnected with safe patient care and don’t value their Senior staff nurses. Retaliation here is real but difficult to prove and so they continue to get away with it. This is the most toxic management I have ever worked for and because of the culture I have lost my passion for nursing.
