      Pros

      My experience was always a good when interacting with Memorial Hermann employees. There is a strong sense of opportunity for growth within the organization. I always felt supported to grow and/or pivot within the organization, if i chose to.

      Cons

      In my opinion, considering my circumstances of not having much support at home and being a single parent, the regulations regarding attendance were not supported to my needs at home. A perfect job for someone who's presence is not too required at home/personal life. Otherwise, an overall good experience and satisfied with my job duties.

      Pay, micro management and can't move up in the department unless working in the ED.
