      Pros

      The experience in my tenure there was significantly more than I'd have gained at another employer during that same time. The benefits are decent, not the best.

      Cons

      A very negative culture. Leadership tried to boost morale but they failed at it. Intelligent people who work hard just get more work dumped on them and they don't get rid of incompetent employees.

      It was once a nice place to work. But that was 2 or 3 years ago.

      Cons

      Constantly changing direction. Poor Management. Terrible Communication. Pushes to hard to be all things to all people. They have lost their way and unable to turn it around.
