      Pros

      The major pros with working at TIRR Memorial Hermann is seeing the progress of the patient getting better after their life altering accident or natural causes. Seeing the patient walk and do what they love to do makes working there worthwhile.

      Cons

      There are lots of downsides to working at TIRR Memorial Hermann. The pay is not great, there is no loyalty to the long time employee, no advancement or growth in the company and overall not a happy place to work at due to politics and too many chiefs.

      Pros

      Hermann has a great atmosphere for its employees. Benefits are less expensive than other places.

      Cons

      Because the money is kept to all Hermann locations, benefits are limited to MHHS doctors - you cannot go out of network, which can be very limiting.
