      Pros

      Flexible schedule in my dept (imaging), my co workers and great. diverse group of people at this hospital.

      Cons

      The benefits used to be great but now they are terrible. $250 er copay on first visit $500 on the second visit. No pay increase for additional registries taken. Can only go to a memorial hermann hospital for care. Management doesnt communicate well. Pay is not competitive. Some of the doctors are incompentent.

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime available to work. Nurses are allowed great autonomy.

      Cons

      Health insurance package shrinks everytime it is revised. If you are planning on going back to school there no help/program. Their focus is not on employee satisfaction but pt and pt's family happiness. Which translates into nurses are expendable.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the 4 weeks of vacation.

      Cons

      I worked in the business office. I found it extremely hard to advance my career within the system & eventally had to leave in order to do so. Side note I do have a bachelor degree. The insurance is expensive with high copays and the sad thing is that the insurance is Memorial own insurance.
